Junior Recruiter (Inside Sales Representative) Responsibilities-

• Participate in daily/weekly training meetings/ sales calls to become a subject matter expert in recruiting
• Calling healthcare professionals to identify candidates for vacancies within our extensive national network. This includes cold calling, following up with leads from various sources as well as other networking techniques
• Develop professional relationships with candidates in the marketplace to identify quality applicants
• Submit providers to the appropriate assignments based on your assessment of their fit, level of interest, and availability
• Maintain open communication throughout the process and provide a massive amount of value to each candidate/applicant
